Parenting and Enrichment Programs

ATTENTION PARENTS:
Are you searching for ways to become more effective? Are some ages more of a challenge to your parenting skills than others?

If so, help is available through Catholic Social Services. Get new ideas for addressing those day- to- day parenting challenges. Learn to balance love and limits, and feel good about your ability as a parent. We have several different parent programs that are available. Call us at (513) 241-7745 for more details on how you can be the best parent you can be!

AND THAT'S NOT ALL!!!
We are committed to helping people to grow within themselves, so we offer a variety of workshops for personal growth, designed to help you be competent and successful in your relationships with others.

So, call for programs about Grief and Loss, Forgiveness, Stress, and a whole lot more! Workshops can be designed to meet the needs of a particular group, and you can even schedule a program on location in your community!

Training is also offered to schools, churches and agencies that would like to give peer support to children who are experiencing a significant loss. RAINBOWS is a proven program that fosters emotional healing to children grieving a life altering crisis. More information can be found at www.RAINBOWS.org., or through Catholic Social Services.

How Much is Enough???
“Supersize” is a common theme in today’s world. However, when translated into giving and doing more for children, it prevents them from learning important life skills. Learn how to raise likeable, responsible, and respectful children by attending, “How Much is Enough? Learning When to Say ‘Yes’ and When to say ’No’”. This six week class begins March 27 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Church in Roselawn. The fee is $70.00 per person. For more information or to register, call Sandy Keiser at Catholic Social Services, 241-7745.
